How To Download and Use It


First things first, you will need a smart phone to use the app.  The options for getting the mobile app on your phone are as follows:

  • App Store - On your phone go to the app store and search for Cvent Events. 

  • Open the Cvent Event app and search for WGMSC.  All prior and current WGMSC events should show up, select the current event which as of now is the 2023 WGMSC Roundtable.  

  • Login to the event by entering your first and last name and the email address you registered with.
